Career Readiness and Coaching

Youth receive coaching, mentorship, and professional development support to clarify their goals and build essential skills. This tier culminates in a completed Capstone project, such as an entrepreneurial project, collaborative work with partnering agencies, or an individual project in a variety of fields of interest.
